Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institute (or high school diploma with relevant experience) for non-US roles
  • Bachelor's degree in specified discipline(s) from an accredited university or institute (or high school diploma/GE HealthCare Digital with at least 4 years of experience in function) for US roles
  • Extensive experience in function and Customer Service Management (particularly for non-US roles)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the single point of contact with the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns across a wide variety of support services offered for the assigned region, product, or coverage area
  • Responsible for knowing the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, and associated configuration facilities
  • Represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to provide customer support
  • Establishes and maintains contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in the designated geographic region or coverage area
  • Develops deep knowledge of a technical discipline
  • Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policies/strategies
  • Has deep understanding of key business drivers and uses this to perform own work
  • Understands how own team's work integrates with others and makes contributions to the area
  • Uses some judgment and ability to propose alternative solutions outside established parameters, but with guidance
  • Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to resolve simple tasks
  • Has access to necessary technical skills and analytical thinking to solve problems
