The Key Account Manager is a field-based position serving as a direct link between PTC and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and clients within an assigned geographic region. This role is crucial for representing PTC’s products to medical professionals specializing in Neurology and Metabolic therapeutic areas. The Key Account Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of pharmaceutical sales and service, including generating sales, communicating clinical and economic benefits, building relationships, educating healthcare staff, and identifying new opportunities for commercial and scientific growth. The incumbent will also work cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on sales-related issues and support adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
