Requirements

  • Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or any relevant majors
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Eligible to work in Egypt

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with key customers by proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives
  • Develop a keen understanding of product categories and markets
  • Develop negotiating, sales, financial, marketing, analytical, and logistical skills while managing clients from A-Z
  • Focus externally on national key customers and online retailers, understanding customers' and shoppers' needs
  • Contribute to discussions on prices, assortment, merchandising, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations
  • Make commercial recommendations for a category (e.g., Laundry with Ariel, Oral Care with Oral B, Hair Care with Head & Shoulders) to improve turnover and sales fundamentals through strategic choices in budget, assortment, and promotion
  • Work alongside Brand leaders and collaborate with colleagues from Brand management, Supply Network Operations, and Finance
  • Take ownership of at least one or two big projects from day one
