Responsibilities

Build & Establish Key Account Management: Develop best practices, methodologies, and processes for our newly created function, ensuring sustainable implementation across the organization
Own & Grow Strategic Accounts: Drive revenue and cultivate long-term partnerships through deep customer understanding
Shape Strategic Account Plans: Develop and execute tailored strategies to maximize profitability and long-term collaboration
Expand Opportunities: Identify and win upsell, cross-sell, and new expansion opportunities across short- and long-term horizons
Lead Co-Innovation: Initiate and drive co-innovation projects, grounded in trust and customer intimacy
Align Internal Teams: Act as the bridge between accounts and internal stakeholders - such as Application Scientists, Product Managers, Marketing - to ensure successful execution and delivery
