Responsibilities

  • Analyzes assigned key account sales performance data and identifies areas for improvement through superior implementation of company’s sales programs, understands and effectively implement programs to monitor, measure and track sales projects
  • Analyzes changing key account needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long term business performance
  • Negotiates with assigned key accounts to ensure formulary access and profitability and sales performance
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key accounts leaders and organizations, industry peers and distributors, in order to create positive impact and change to company image and business goals
  • Monitors and maintains budget for the assigned key accounts. Understand the importance of financial against results to determine the worth of investment
  • Develop strategies that maximize distribution of product lines through complex distribution channels and possess the ability to analyze problems within the distribution channel, and report it to National Account Manager
  • Builds and maintains strong relationship with marketing and ethical sales staff to enhance business performance
  • Participates in Brand teams to ensure that customer needs and opportunities are quickly and successfully incorporated into enterprise, business unit and product strategies
