Requirements

  • BA degree, MBA or master is preferred
  • 8+ years Sales & Marketing experience, at least 5 years in OEM sales field
  • Language skill of Japanese is preferred
  • Excellent Problem Solving and Information seeking, analysis skill
  • Technical knowledge of lead-acid, and Lithium-Ion batteries and systems preferred
  • Excellent impacting communications and internal resources managing skill
  • Outstanding Network building and business savvy
  • Assertive and energetic, able to work under pressure
  • Computer competence, financial savvy, and English language fluency required
  • Requires 50% or above travel

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage OEM key customer’s sales and service
  • Build up long-term customer strategy planning and ensure successful execution
  • Develop new OEM customers and projects, independently handle the whole process
  • Keep good working relationship with OEM customers and responsible for meeting OE customers’ needs and solve problems to exceed customer’s expectations
  • Achieves annual KPIs to meet annual financial commitments (volume, margin, new business)
  • Influences customer’s technology choice to align with the Company’s technology roadmap
  • Understands the market, basic knowledge of vehicle architecture, our Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats
