Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to deliver customized solutions that drive mutual success
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients
  • Monitor and analyze account performance to identify opportunities for growth, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Set clear goals for team members, provide regular feedback, and support ongoing professional development
  • Develop and implement strategies for key account growth, retention, and satisfaction in alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and team achievements to senior management
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations, promoting best practices throughout the organization
