They should be eager to learn and possess strong communication skills in English, including the ability to build relationships easily. A flexible working style, including the ability to work remotely or in the field (with a valid driving license), is required, along with analytical and proactive skills, such as identifying opportunities and leveraging them using tools like PowerBI.
As a Key Account Manager, the individual will grow business relationships with retail buyers and managers, ensure the execution of company brand strategies, monitor sales performance, run business analysis to identify growth opportunities, and take on impactful managerial responsibility. They will also own the negotiation and collaboration with customers, and stay in touch with them to enable business growth.
