Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales or channel expansion experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or 3C industries
  • At least 5 years of experience managing key accounts (large clients), familiar with the full process of key account management
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using Excel and PPT for data analysis, visualization, and preparing accurate sales reports for decision-making
  • Outgoing personality, proactive in communication, negotiation, and collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields (flexible for candidates with rich experience)

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships: Regularly visit downstream clients of Baishide, build and sustain solid partnerships, ensure smooth and ongoing cooperation
  • Understand client needs: Conduct regular communication, surveys, and feedback collection to deeply understand B-end clients' business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Provide customized services: Offer tailored product or service solutions based on existing and potential clients' needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, actively expand multi-dimensional business channels for SMEs and large enterprises with Baishide, drive continuous sales growth
  • Sales forecasting and planning: Based on market trends and client needs, perform sales forecasts and planning to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Industry trend research: Analyze B2B industry dynamics, competitors, and client demand changes to support sales strategies and business expansion
  • Identify new business opportunities: Proactively seek and develop new opportunities related to key clients to drive company growth and market share
  • Build partner relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with supply chain partners and industry organizations to promote business development
  • Contract negotiation and signing: Participate in and assist with contract negotiations and signing with enterprise clients, ensuring fair, reasonable, and executable terms
  • Delivery management: Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely, quality, and quantity-compliant delivery of products or services to clients
  • Data analysis and reporting: Regularly analyze and summarize sales data to support sales strategies and planning
  • Compliance and risk management: Adhere to company policies and laws to ensure compliant sales activities and controllable risks
  • Training and development: Participate in internal trainings and external seminars to enhance professional skills and service levels; conduct regular industry product training sessions and promote new products/core series models
