  • At least 3 years of sales experience in medical technology or related industries
  • Passion for selling technically complex and demanding products and services
  • Experience in building long-term customer relationships and new business development
  • Strong communication skills, self-initiative, and an open, sympathetic demeanor
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for responsibility
  • Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Taking over sales activities for the trauma product portfolio
  • Responsibility for operational and strategic management of the sales area in South Austria (Styria and Carinthia)
  • Conducting targeted new customer acquisition and customer care for surgical departments in hospitals regarding the use of innovative products
  • Implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies and negotiating with chief physicians, clinic administrations, medical technicians, and purchasing departments
  • Advising and training medical and nursing staff on product application in the operating room, as well as in workshops and test setups
  • Developing needs-based customer orders and creating financing plans
  • Active participation in trade fairs, congresses, and specialist conferences to expand the network and gain new impulses
