Candidates are required to have experience in a recruitment role, proven experience in resume screening, preferably in healthcare or a similar role, familiarity with Recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ClickUp, Lever etc., strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Applicants must also possess English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection, along with a reliable power backup solution.
The Junior Recruiter will assist the recruitment team by efficiently reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates in the Healthcare Sector, assessing candidates' qualifications and experience against the requirements, ensuring that only the most suitable resumes progress through the hiring process, screening around 300 CV's per week, conducting telephone interviews, and booking online interviews with potential candidates.
