Responsibilities

As a Junior Public Sector Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting new business in collaboration with the sales development representative, developing a strong understanding of key differentiators and internal/external systems, closing deals including price and term negotiations, managing the entire sales cycle, driving revenue within a specific region, and identifying and resolving customer issues. You will also develop account-specific plans to optimize sales, have thorough knowledge of 8x8’s products/services, and be involved with all aspects of deals from proposal to installation and ongoing service.
