Responsibilities
- Review and prepare responses for Managed Services and Outsourcing tenders/RFPs
- Design service models including helpdesk, field support, NOC, SOC, and infrastructure management
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals with clear scope, SLAs, and pricing
- Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and cost-effective
- Support the sales team with presentations, clarifications, and customer meetings
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitors in the Managed Services space
