Responsibilities

Review and prepare responses for Managed Services and Outsourcing tenders/RFPs
Design service models including helpdesk, field support, NOC, SOC, and infrastructure management
Prepare technical and commercial proposals with clear scope, SLAs, and pricing
Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and cost-effective
Support the sales team with presentations, clarifications, and customer meetings
Keep up to date with market trends and competitors in the Managed Services space
