Responsibilities

  • Leading: Show the warehouse team how it’s done, leading by example and managing staff during your shift
  • Training: Train new team members on processes and product knowledge
  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
  • Delivery Partners: Support the management of Delivery Partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience
  • Issue Resolution: Contact customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
  • Goods Inbound: Receive product from vendors, ensuring physical counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolving discrepancies
  • Stock Management: Put away products to inventory locations and conduct cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock items
  • Waste & Compliance: Manage waste and ensure compliance with company policies and the TooGoodToGo partnership
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse aligned with Operating Standards
  • Health & Safety: Support onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing
