Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and driven Junior Media Buyer to join our dynamic performance marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about testing ad creatives, scaling successful campaigns, and meticulously tracking key metrics such as CTR, CPL, and ROI.

Your primary responsibilities will involve launching and optimizing paid social ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, with guidance from senior buyers. You will collaborate closely with a copywriter and a performance marketing designer, but we encourage you to develop your own creative assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands direct response marketing and is eager to learn how to drive significant revenue and profit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test various hooks, formats, and ad angles.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily and provide recommendations for budget allocation, ad rotation, and audience expansion.
  • Analyze ad performance to identify opportunities for lowering Cost Per Lead (CPL) and increasing Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Build reports and share insights with senior buyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
  • Generate original ad concepts and creatives for paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on social media platforms (Meta, Instagram). This is an entry-level position.
  • Organization: Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and implement performance-driven changes.
