Requirements

Candidates should possess a BA or equivalent with a focus on marketing, advertising, or business coursework. They need up to 2 years of direct experience buying ads on social platforms, with experience in at least one of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest. Proficiency in data hygiene, analysis, and visualization using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel is required, along with a self-motivated drive to learn, openness to feedback, and excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Preference is given to candidates based in the New York City metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

The Paid Social Specialist will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across major social platforms, manage campaign budget pacing, and execute bid adjustments. They will perform campaign quality assurance, build and deliver weekly and ad hoc reports with performance insights and recommendations, and pull data for campaign wrap-ups. The role also involves staying updated on the latest paid social product offerings and trends, and recommending improvements to existing products, policies, and processes.
