A strong understanding of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, audience targeting, and content syndication is required. Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, ABM platforms, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking is preferred, along with experience training AI tools and possessing excellent data analytics skills, preferably with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
The Paid Social Analyst will manage and execute end-to-end paid social campaigns across channels like Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit to drive awareness and revenue growth. They will collaborate with brand and content teams to develop engaging assets, ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting, and translate data into actionable insights for optimization. The role involves building a full-funnel strategy across Flock's product lines and verticals, aligning paid social efforts with overall marketing strategy, and partnering with demand generation and marketing operations teams.
