Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus) or first practical experience in the fields of time recording, access control, or similar topics
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., C#, SQL) and experience with Windows operating systems
- Motivated to familiarize yourself with our software products
- Communicative, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a team
- Enjoys supporting customers and presenting solutions
- Fluent German (≥ C1) and good English skills (≥ B1)
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adaptation of our software solutions for customers
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues on the consulting and customization of solutions
- Participate in the processing of holistic system solutions in collaboration with technology and sales
- Support the preparation and execution of customer deployments – both remotely and on-site
