Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in bulk commodities or industrial food processing, with expertise in business development, key account management, and sales strategy execution in MENA markets
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals, with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to follow-up and execution
  • Proficient in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and market analysis
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
  • Willing to travel frequently within MENA, the USA, and Belgium
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Sales, Economics, or a related field
  • Based in Dubai (on-site, full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals
  • Monitor market developments to identify new sales opportunities as well as threats
  • Provide support to the Sales Director in managing growth accounts
  • Oversee the order process from quotation to payment, ensuring smooth execution
  • Coordinate with internal Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Credit and Finance teams to resolve issues
  • Track stock movements with warehouses and ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist with trade show logistics, customer events, and sample coordination
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
  • Travel as needed to support sales efforts and gather market insights
