Responsibilities

The Junior Conversational AI Designer will assist with all stages of AI Delivery projects, including designing, building, deploying, and tuning AI solutions for multiple customers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design and build solutions that help customers achieve their business objectives, assisting in designing solutions for contact centers across various verticals, defining labeling guidelines for training conversational AI models, and leading model maintenance efforts to ensure quality standards are met. They will also design and develop virtual agent solutions using Google’s Dialogflow CX.
