Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Network certification such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA or equivalent
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with BGP for enterprise and edge routing, Layer 2/3 switching platforms (Dell, Arista, Juniper, Cisco IOS/JunOS), Palo Alto NGFW, Brocade Fibre Channel switches, Dell iDRAC with OpenManage Enterprise (OME)
  • Ability to work 20 hours/week consistently with flexibility to surge up to 40 hours/week based on customer needs
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

  • Planning, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting BGP for enterprise and edge routing
  • Planning, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Layer 2/3 switching platforms including Dell, Arista, Juniper, and Cisco IOS/JunOS-based devices
  • Planning, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) to enforce advanced security policies
  • Planning, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Brocade Fibre Channel switches for high-performance storage networking
  • Planning, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Dell iDRAC environments using OpenManage Enterprise (OME) for remote system management
  • Design, implementation, and support of network systems
  • Maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient network infrastructure aligned with security policies and client needs
