Responsibilities

As a Skechers Store Manager, you will represent the brand effectively, inspire and lead the customer experience through marketing and service, train and advise the store team, develop employee skills to drive sales, lead new employee onboarding, manage store planning needs, act as a product expert and brand ambassador, ensure recruitment, training, and retention of store staff, establish operational processes to maximize profitability, master store operations and systems, and ensure all safety procedures are in place.
