Preferably at least 2 years of IT experience
Must have knowledge in administrating systems – Cloud services, Entra(Azur), Teams channels, Personal Computers, Notebooks
Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and spoken English
Good communication skills, customer focus, self-organization

Responsibilities

Constantly monitor individual queue to resolve routine and non-routine desktop issues and requests. Achieve target ticket volumes and ticket resolution levels
Ensure that all IS standards and policies are in proper control and align with Corporate IS policies. All Assets are properly accounted and managed
Systems Administration – Cloud services, Entra(Azur), Teams channels, Personal Computers, Notebooks, printers
IT Infrastructure. Network monitoring to ensure that the system performance is running at an acceptable speed
Support IT directions from Corporate, Area, Regional and local Management. Implement project rollout and meet deadlines
Prepare and maintain all IT documents up to date as required for audit. Acquisition of IT equipment’s, Mobile devices, computers, notebooks, printers, etc
