Requirements

  • University degree preferably in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably at least 2 years of IT experience
  • Must have knowledge in administrating systems – Cloud services, Entra(Azur), Teams channels, Personal Computers, Notebooks
  • Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and spoken English
  • Good communication skills, customer focus, self-organization

Responsibilities

  • Constantly monitor individual queue to resolve routine and non-routine desktop issues and requests. Achieve target ticket volumes and ticket resolution levels
  • Ensure that all IS standards and policies are in proper control and align with Corporate IS policies. All Assets are properly accounted and managed
  • Systems Administration – Cloud services, Entra(Azur), Teams channels, Personal Computers, Notebooks, printers
  • IT Infrastructure. Network monitoring to ensure that the system performance is running at an acceptable speed
  • Support IT directions from Corporate, Area, Regional and local Management. Implement project rollout and meet deadlines
  • Prepare and maintain all IT documents up to date as required for audit. Acquisition of IT equipment’s, Mobile devices, computers, notebooks, printers, etc
