Requirements

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Windows Server. Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management is required, along with strong documentation and organizational skills. Awareness of regulatory frameworks such as GAMP 5 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.

Responsibilities

The IT Systems Administrator will manage and resolve IT helpdesk tickets, provide in-person and remote support, and deliver VIP-level support. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring devices using Microsoft Intune, enforcing compliance and security baselines, managing software rollouts, and performing regular patch management. The role also involves maintaining hybrid infrastructure, supporting change control processes and ITGCs, maintaining IT documentation and asset inventories, and contributing to IT projects, system upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
