Requirements

Technical degree / Informatics specialization, completed training as a System Integration IT specialist, or equivalent qualification
Excellent German and very good English skills
Secure knowledge in the area of network, hardware, and software administration in a heterogeneous IT environment
Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and/or container platforms
Knowledge in the area of database administration (Oracle and/or MSSQL Server) is desirable
Knowledge of VMware, a scripting language, and IT security is desirable
Familiarity with the administration of an Active Directory environment is desirable
High technical affinity, independent work, and a strong team spirit. Structured work style with a high degree of willingness to work and flexibility

Responsibilities

Ensuring the ongoing operation of the entire IT infrastructure
Performing network, system, database, and user administration
Managing a heterogeneous Windows and Linux IT environment
Analyzing, classifying, and independently handling hardware and software problems, as well as supporting helpdesk requests
Installing and configuring hardware and software
Working on IT projects and collaborating with external service providers
Supporting the planning and further development of the IT infrastructure of the location
Assisting with the migration of on-premise IT infrastructure to a public cloud environment
