Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems are required, along with experience with Google Workspace administration and user management. Familiarity with network troubleshooting, basic connectivity issues, ticketing systems, IT service management practices, and supporting remote/hybrid work environments is necessary. A basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and endpoint protection is also required. Ubiquiti experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The IT Support Specialist will serve as the primary responder for IT Service Desk tickets, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues across various operating systems. Responsibilities include supporting employee onboarding/offboarding, managing user accounts and permissions, diagnosing network and infrastructure problems, and collaborating with vendors. The role also involves documenting solutions, participating in IT projects such as system upgrades, and supporting both internal corporate IT and operational needs. Complex technical issues will be escalated appropriately while maintaining ticket ownership.
