Responsibilities

Lifecycle global or regional strategic applications
Maintain proper documentation of this life-cycling
Life-cycling includes but is not limited to: Planning and Requirements, Design from architecture designs, Testing and Deployment, Operations and Maintenance, Retirement, Rationalization, Stakeholder and business owner communication
Assist in the implementation of projects
Communicate tactfully and effectively both verbally and in writing
Follow the sun support during critical incidents
Work closely with the customer, understanding issues and requirements, and recommending technology solutions
Play a key role in the planning, designing, configuring, installing, training, unit testing, and commissioning of new technology solutions
Ensure that all relevant standards regarding data management, system security, data security, account management, and change control are satisfied
Provide production support for assigned business systems, including data security and integrity, user access control, third and fourth level support, and coordination with other technical resources
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the manufacturing technology team meets Huntsman’s needs
Be flexible and adaptable to new instructions and dynamic organizational priorities
