Realizar todo o processo de recrutamento de perfis IT, desde o sourcing até à entrevista
Colaborar com Hiring Managers para compreender requisitos e prioridades
Redigir e publicar descrições de função em diferentes plataformas
Procurar candidatos através do LinkedIn Recruiter e base de dados interna
Garantir uma experiência positiva para os candidatos durante todo o processo
Atualizar métricas e relatórios de recrutamento
