Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in IT systems administration or support, demonstrating strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows environments, along with working knowledge of VOIP systems including setup, call flow, and SIP configuration. Independent work capabilities and excellent communication and documentation skills are also required.
The IT Professional will manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Admin Portals, configure and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing, provide Tier 1-2 support and incident resolution, support and maintain Windows systems including user accounts and patching, and document processes and technical procedures.
