  • Drives digital transformation using digital technologies to create or modify business processes, culture, and customer experiences
  • Significant knowledge in IT and business subject matters
  • Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into projects or change requests, focusing on value-add creation
  • Experience in manufacturing processes (preferably Automotive)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all IT services are seamlessly delivered to clients of the organization
  • Understand business demands and leverage global IT Organizations (Applications & Infrastructure) to address these requirements
  • Communicate to the business on deliverables as a member of the site management staff
  • Perform pre-project business solution design and project estimates for cost-benefit analysis (ROI Analysis)
  • Direct projects towards desired technology strategies and standards
  • Communicate and negotiate with business leaders and business process owners on deliverables
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the IT activities of the site
  • Manage the IT budget and request services for IT projects and maintenance to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Meet Plant and Business Unit IT targets, including developing an LRP, creating and maintaining forecasts, and planning for Cyber Risk and Resiliency remediation
  • Identify opportunities for business operational efficiency and drive to specific metrics for cost savings and value realization
  • Oversee communication and feedback between the business and IT teams
  • Report back to business and IT on the status of projects and IT performance (scorecard)
  • Support regional Service Delivery functions, including Service Desk and IT Governance (ITIL, PMO, Financials)
  • Manage Client Technicians to deliver to expected service-demand of sites
  • Maintain and support enterprise IT Service Catalog, Service Level Agreements, and Strategy
  • Support Site Scorecards reviews for sites of responsibility
