Drives digital transformation using digital technologies to create or modify business processes, culture, and customer experiences
Significant knowledge in IT and business subject matters
Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into projects or change requests, focusing on value-add creation
Experience in manufacturing processes (preferably Automotive)
Responsibilities
Ensure all IT services are seamlessly delivered to clients of the organization
Understand business demands and leverage global IT Organizations (Applications & Infrastructure) to address these requirements
Communicate to the business on deliverables as a member of the site management staff
Perform pre-project business solution design and project estimates for cost-benefit analysis (ROI Analysis)
Direct projects towards desired technology strategies and standards
Communicate and negotiate with business leaders and business process owners on deliverables
Plan, coordinate, and manage the IT activities of the site
Manage the IT budget and request services for IT projects and maintenance to ensure cost-effectiveness
Meet Plant and Business Unit IT targets, including developing an LRP, creating and maintaining forecasts, and planning for Cyber Risk and Resiliency remediation
Identify opportunities for business operational efficiency and drive to specific metrics for cost savings and value realization
Oversee communication and feedback between the business and IT teams
Report back to business and IT on the status of projects and IT performance (scorecard)
Support regional Service Delivery functions, including Service Desk and IT Governance (ITIL, PMO, Financials)
Manage Client Technicians to deliver to expected service-demand of sites
Maintain and support enterprise IT Service Catalog, Service Level Agreements, and Strategy
Support Site Scorecards reviews for sites of responsibility
