Requirements

Candidates should possess an Associate’s level of education or equivalent experience, along with 3 years of Desktop support with Microsoft Windows and a plus in MacOS, and 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Entra, and 2 years of experience with network and security infrastructure (VPN, Firewall).

Responsibilities

The IT Help Desk Technician will act as a single point of contact for team members and partners by monitoring ticket queues and responding to issues and requests, assist with deploying Centivo equipment, document all requests and incidents thoroughly, diagnose and resolve technical support issues, provide mentorship to less experienced team members, work with outsourced IT partner to perform and manage system upgrades, create and maintain Entra user accounts, work with other IT areas to ensure adherence to best practices, ensure the accessibility and availability of network resources, provide systems training and end-user software support, install and maintain Centivo assets.
