Requirements

Candidates should have over 4 years of hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and managing end-user environments, with specific experience in macOS administration within a professional IT setting. Proficiency in delivering production-grade IT services, navigating ticketing platforms, and supporting end-users through written communication is essential. A mastery of SaaS and AWS technologies, experience building and scaling distributed and highly available architectures, and strong technical writing and documentation skills are also required. Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, scripting languages like Bash or Python, and maintaining/querying data platforms with SQL are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The IT Engineer will provide in-depth, hands-on support to engineering requests and all users across the organization via the IT Helpdesk and other communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Responsibilities include onboarding vendors and applications, formulating requirements for IT solutions, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining IT systems and services. The role involves owning major IT projects from inception to deployment, architecting simple yet flexible solutions, scaling them as the company grows, and maintaining compliance standards by ensuring proper execution of employee life cycle processes.
