Requirements

Candidates should possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience. They must have 1-3 years of experience provisioning and troubleshooting IT hardware, along with 1-3 years of experience administering a rapidly scaling network infrastructure. Effective oral and written communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities are also required. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash, as well as experience with a configuration management framework like SaltStack, Puppet, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

The IT Analyst will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of software infrastructure, including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, as well as hardware infrastructure such as Scale VM Cluster and Cisco systems. They will provision and manage Gecko corporate devices and support the technical build-out of new offices, which may require travel. The role also involves supporting the technical operations and maintenance needs of remote offices, configuring security controls on Gecko infrastructure and corporate devices as defined by InfoSec, managing the configuration of Gecko Inspection corporate devices, and reacting quickly and effectively to the evolving technical needs of the business.
