Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience as a help desk technician or in a similar technical support role, with proficiency in PC/Mac and iOS/Android troubleshooting. Experience with Vmware Workforce1, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, network configuration (wired & WiFi), printer/laptop/AV setup, user account administration, technical documentation, imaging, and asset management is required. Certifications such as A+, HDI-CSR, Network+, or CCNA are also required.

Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will serve as the primary contact for IT support requests, independently resolving low to medium complexity issues. They will escalate more complex issues to the manager or director and collaborate on their resolution. Additionally, the IT Administrator will lead the implementation of IT projects, assist with larger projects, maintain IT asset inventory, and perform other assigned IT program duties as directed by management.
