As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Enterprise Engineering team, you will be responsible for building and iterating on processes and workflows to enhance the overall employee experience at Vanta. Responsibilities

As a Senior Systems Engineer at Vanta, you will:

• Architect, design, deploy, and assist in maintaining business critical systems.
• Assist cross-functional stakeholders with implementing and enforcing policies on systems.
• Develop scripts and workflows to assist in automation of tasks.
• Act as an escalation point for teammates on the Ops team.
• Create and maintain procedures, standards, and documentation related to areas of responsibility.
• Configure and own the tools within the collaboration space.
• Turn business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have experience with FedRAMP Authorization.
• Have experience with application administration of various productivity tools and platforms.
• Have experience with various CLI tools and various programming/scripting languages (GAM, Python, Bash).
• Have advanced knowledge of IAM systems and experience with API integration work.
• Have experience working in high-growth companies with rapidly shifting IT needs.
• Be able to communicate effectively and break down complex problems into easily digestible tasks.
