Requirements

  • Experience supporting Software and/or Hardware focused engineering organizations
  • Experience administering Google Workspace, Office 365 and IdP systems
  • 1+ years experience in an IT Systems related position

Responsibilities

  • Installation and configuration of Windows, Mac, and Linux laptops and desktops, automating rollout tasks where appropriate utilizing MDM systems
  • Administration and support of cloud-based business tools, including but not limited to: OKTA, Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Zoom, Miro, Jira, Confluence
  • Onboarding and offboarding of Merlin Employees in a timely manner
  • Actively monitoring our Jira/Slack Helpdesk
  • Maintaining stock of IT equipment for new hires and tracking of hardware and software inventory
  • Documenting and escalating technical issues as needed
