Requirements

Candidates must be a Certified Epic Clin Doc/Stork, and possess experience as an IS Applications Analyst. They should be able to manage external IS vendor relations for 5-7 business and/or clinical applications, and manage 3-5 small/medium business projects using IS Project Management Methodology. Additionally, candidates are required to have experience reviewing release notes for system upgrades and updates, and providing input to application training material and conducting user training sessions.

Responsibilities

The IS Applications Analyst will serve as the primary IS liaison to the business area, ensuring expectations are met for all IS application service needs, maintaining operational workflow documentation, and providing 24x7 on-call operational support. They will also be responsible for understanding and documenting business needs, recommending appropriate IS solutions, conducting impact or gap analysis, facilitating customer engagement, participating in IS initiatives, and collaborating with customers and technical resources to develop and design business processes. Furthermore, the analyst will review release notes, develop application training material, conduct user training sessions, and manage small/medium business projects employing IS Project Management Methodology.
