Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and ideally have 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Analyst, with a strong understanding of healthcare technology and clinical workflows. Familiarity with MDS 3.0 is preferred, and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare technology platform is essential.
The Sr. Solutions Analyst will provide timely and world-class customer support to users via multiple channels, manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity, build strong client relationships through follow-up, maintain knowledge articles for the support portal, and maintain records of communications and actions taken within the CRM system. They will also support the department’s goals and deliverables, working shifts between 8am and 8pm as required.
