Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in Clinical Operations/Application Management and/or Production Support, along with experience using SharePoint and Requirements Management Software such as Jira Align or Azure DevOps. They should also have experience in building and implementing new processes from ground up, and experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams.
The Senior Technology Solutions Professional will troubleshoot and coordinate to resolve system issues promptly, conduct Root Cause Analysis, establish and monitor SLAs, and create/track tickets. They will collaborate with multiple teams (internal and external) on complex issues to determine viable technical and/or business approaches to problems, provide emergency support, assist with system upgrades or integrations, and monitor all interfaces (Batch and API) between the Clinical Application and external systems. Additionally, they will provide analysis, awareness, and collaboration on solutions where appropriate.
