Epic Willow Inpatient Certification is preferred, and candidates with a clinical background in Pharmacy or other clinical environments are strongly preferred. Experience with Pharmacy third-party systems is a plus. Applicable Epic Certifications must be achieved within six months of hire. Candidates must reside in AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, KY, MD, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, or WV.
Serve as the primary IS liaison to the business area, ensuring all IS application service needs are met. Document business needs and recommend appropriate IS solutions, including defining use cases and conducting impact/gap analysis. Maintain operational workflow documentation and provide 24x7 on-call support for the application portfolio. Manage relationships with external IS vendors for multiple business and/or clinical applications and manage small to medium business projects using IS Project Management Methodology. Review release notes for system upgrades to understand build implications and end-user impacts, and develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
