Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, national certification (PTCB or ExCPT), and an active Ohio Board of Pharmacy license. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Remote work requires a high-speed DSL or cable modem with a minimum speed of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload, and a dedicated, interruption-free workspace. Previous Specialty Pharmacy experience and bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 will support pharmacists by dispensing Specialty Rx medications and performing advanced administrative and operational duties. Responsibilities include entering critical patient information into the ScriptMed system, communicating with team members, onboarding new pharmacy members, ensuring timely and accurate medication delivery, and facilitating patient financial assistance. Other duties as assigned may also be part of the role.
