Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or an equivalent field, and have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Progress towards a CIPM or CFA designation is preferred, along with familiarity with GIPS and performance measurement concepts. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced features like pivot tables, formulas, and macros, is required, as is experience with FactSet Portfolio Analysis and SPAR. Familiarity with systems such as Sylvan, GWP, Bloomberg, and other accounting portfolio systems is considered additive.

Responsibilities

The Investment Performance Analyst will maintain and validate GIPS Composites, lead the annual GIPS Examination effort, produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and analysis, and create timely delivery of client reporting and custom reports. This role will also respond to internal ad-hoc requests for data, participate in special initiative projects, ensure policies and procedures are implemented, recommend process changes to improve data delivery, and fulfill RFP/RFI requests for performance and analytics data.
