Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
High work ethic and “sense of urgency”
Exceptionally driven and a desire to be the best at what you do
Proactive and ability to take ownership of everything you do
Strong interest in risk capital and startups with a passion for analyzing and investing in companies
Strong ability to create collaboration and trust between people, and win the confidence of business leaders
Ability to communicate effectively at leadership and board levels
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Natural ability to sell and achieve/exceed revenue targets
A natural leader, preferably with experience in leading teams
Fluent Swedish and English
A network within the Swedish startup ecosystem is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategy for the Swedish market
Lead the expansion in Sweden, including potential acquisitions
Be responsible for the Swedish profit and balance sheet and operational activities
Build a large and quality team of partners
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of 10-15 people in sales, board work, events, and investments
Identify and attract the best investment opportunities
Drive the entire investment process from prospecting to investment
Represent CVX at events, meetings, and conferences
Report directly to the CEO
Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and close deals
