Requirements

5+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced work environments
High work ethic with a strong sense of urgency
Unusual strong drive and a desire to be the best in your field
Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of everything you do
Deep interest in venture capital and the startup environment with a passion for analyzing and investing in companies
People-oriented with the ability to gather people
Ability to effectively communicate with management and board-level
Ability to win the trust of company leaders
Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Natural ability to sell and work with sales both strategically and operationally
Strong leadership skills, and we would like to see that you have previously led and managed teams

Responsibilities

Define and execute your strategy and continuously adjust it
Lead the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions
Be responsible for Denmark’s profit & loss and the overall operations
Quickly build a large and valuable pool of partners
Develop and lead a top-class team of 15 people in sales, board work, events & members, and marketing
Find and attract the best investment cases
Lead investment agreements from sourcing to investment
Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc
Report directly to the CEO
