Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business/engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced data analysis capabilities and a structured approach to tackling complex business challenges (e.g., Excel modelling, SQL, Python or other coding tools)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and strategic insights in PowerPoint and other presentation formats
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and portfolio company leadership
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance culture
  • Passionate about value creation and making a tangible impact on portfolio performance
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or operating roles within VC/PE-backed portfolio companies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep dives into functional areas (e.g., pricing, operations, digital, change management) to uncover and implement performance improvement opportunities
  • Help develop and refine value creation plans for portfolio companies, including KPI frameworks, mobilization plans, and execution roadmaps
  • Collaborate with management teams to drive strategic initiatives and track progress against value creation goals
  • Codify best practices and contribute to the development of playbooks and tools that can be leveraged across the OTPP portfolio
  • Support deal teams during diligence by conducting commercial assessments, identifying value creation opportunities, and collaborating with external advisors
  • Participate in cross-asset initiatives with TVG and INR as needed, bringing a PE lens to broader value creation efforts
  • Contribute to internal projects such as offsites, CEO forums, and portfolio analytics efforts
  • Build effective partnerships with key stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration and cooperation
  • Partner and communicate with the broader team ensuring appropriate parties are kept informed and engaged on transactions or initiatives
  • Demonstrate a consistently positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Operate with a strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and driving initiatives forward with pace and precision
  • Influence the strategy development and implementation
