Candidates should possess strong UK payroll experience with a minimum of three years, preference for additional experience running payrolls in Switzerland and Germany, solid functional knowledge of payroll processing and best practices, excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to adapt to change. Fluency in German and English is required, and strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is desired.
The International Payroll Lead/Analyst will liaise with internal stakeholders to verify and collect payroll data, prepare data for submission to payroll providers, reconcile payroll data, serve as the first point of contact for employee and vendor inquiries, ensure up-to-date records and processes, implement new country payrolls compliantly and efficiently, troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide cover support, and ensure smooth transitions of payroll providers.
