Requirements

Candidates should possess strong German payroll experience with a minimum of three years, solid functional knowledge of payroll processing and best practices, excellent attention to detail and numerate skills, and the ability to work independently with initiative and as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English are required, along with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Additional language skills and knowledge of other payrolls outside of Germany are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The International Payroll Lead/Analyst will liaise with internal stakeholders to verify and collect payroll data, prepare data for submission to payroll providers, review and reconcile payroll data, address employee and vendor inquiries, ensure up-to-date records and procedures, implement new country payrolls compliantly and efficiently, provide cover support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and facilitate smooth transitions of payroll providers.
