Requirements

Candidates should possess strong India/APAC payroll experience with a minimum of three years, solid functional knowledge of payroll processing and best practices, excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also have strong organizational and time management skills, and be adaptable to change, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and fluency in an additional language. Knowledge of other payrolls outside of India/APAC is a desirable qualification, and additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

The International Payroll Lead/Analyst will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders to verify and collect payroll data, preparing data for submission to payroll providers, reviewing and reconciling payroll data, acting as the first point of contact for payroll inquiries from various internal teams and external vendors, ensuring up-to-date records and processes, implementing new country payrolls compliantly and efficiently, and providing cover support as needed. They will also be the lead on all India/APAC payrolls and serve as the point of contact for additional payroll-related matters.
