Global Payroll Specialist

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, and have at least 3-5 years of experience in international payroll administration. Strong knowledge of employment standards legislation across multiple countries is essential, along with experience in preparing and processing payroll, and reviewing payroll reports.
The International Payroll and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for preparing, validating, and processing payroll in accordance with established schedules, reviewing payroll period changes such as new hires and terminations, processing pay period adjustments and manual payments, downloading and validating payroll reports, preparing taxable benefits reconciliations, monitoring employee entitlement balances, reviewing changes to employment standards legislation, and assisting in the preparation of year-end tax forms and annual payroll reconciliations. They will also answer employees’ questions regarding all aspects of payroll.
