Candidates should ideally have a legal or HR educational background, with 3+ years of experience as a People Operations/HR specialist in a startup-like company. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory, and strong organizational and administrative writing skills are required. Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
As the International HR Ops - EMEA Remote, you will manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes worldwide, act as the ‘guardian’ of the company culture by providing daily support to the team regarding benefits, visas/relocation, salary, agreements, PTO, and stock options, coordinate recruitment-related issues with the Talent Acquisition Lead, improve the HR environment, work with external accountants to manage payroll, and correspond with external service providers globally (North America/LATAM, EMEA, APAC).
